3. When the MAX HOLD feature is enabled, the thermometer will display the maximum temperature measured
4. Wire sensor measures temperatures from 0 to 700 degrees Celsius - wide enough to handle all soldering applications
5. Lightweight, easy-to-replace sensor is coated with a special metal alloy that resists corrosion and oxidation
